Shipping Policy
We strive to ship our products within 3-5 business days and typically utilize USPS priority mail. Shipping rates are calculated at the time of checkout, but if real-time calculations are not available then we charge a flat rate of $15.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number for your order. If you have any questions about your order or tracking information, please contact us.
Warranty
Our Circle Burner has a 1 year warranty from time of purchase; warranty does not cover product misuse such as melting, hammering, or other uses that it is not designed for. Other claims are case by case such as faulty/defective components and in the rare instance a seized bearing.

Our goal is to keep you producing quality work and will gladly repair or replace your Circle Burner and or its components within the warranty period.
