INSTRUCTIONS

Setting up and using the Circle Burner

Set up will vary for hole size desired, either utilizing the extension hex rod provided for up to 16″ or directly attaching the pivot arm to the Circle Burner itself for holes as small as 5/8″ (Remember to set tool up for radius of the diameter desired i.e. set up will be half the size of the Hole or Disk you want.)

Cutting a “Disk” to be used VS cutting a “Hole” to be used have two slightly different set up methods to create the accurate cut you seek.

For “Disk” applications, measure from your pivot point to the inside of the Oxygen hole on your cutting torch tip (Oxygen Hole on torch tip is center hole on torch tip)

For “Holes” to be used, measure from your pivot point to the outside of the oxygen hole on your cutting torch tip (Oxygen Hole on torch tip is center hole on torch tip)

Included with our patented device is a stabilization wheel, be cautious when using this tool, **DO NOT** over tighten wheel mount to the Circle Burner as it has aluminum threads; just snug it up, as it is there simply for stability in your cuts. We also recommend only using it for larger diameter holes such as 8″ and up because of the lateral pressure between the wheel and the pivot point may cause some users to slip off their center punch.

Use tool responsibly, improper use of this tool could cause serious injury, property damage and fires. Follow all safety practices in the use of Oxy-Fuel cutting applications as well as your companies guidelines and codes in regards to operation of a cutting torch. We hold no responsibility for the mis-use of this product.
